Access to seed and growth capital are among the key success factors for technology entrepreneurs. RMI2 is helping address this need through a variety of programs.
The Northern Colorado Angel Investor Network (NoCo Angels) is a program launched by the RMI2 in partnership with key leaders of the local financial and university research communities. This program selects entrepreneurs to receive coaching and present their pitches’ to private investors interested in funding local businesses.
RMI2 also co-sponsors events such as the Angel Capital Summit, an annual event which showcases 20-30 of the best and brightest entrepreneurs in Colorado to an audience of up to 500 investors, entrepreneurs and service providers.
In addition to these new programs RMI2 continues to host the longstanding Northern Colorado Rockies Venture Club, a bi-annual event which brings entrepreneurs seeking funding together with investors and service providers. RMI2 is also seeking strategic partnerships with select venture capital firms to further enhance fund raising options for regional entrepreneurs.
